PRODUÇÃO DO CUIDADO INTERDISCIPLINAR EM PESSOAS SOROPOSITIVAS: UM ESTUDO DE REPRESENTAÇÕES SOCIAIS.

Introdução: A Síndrome de Imunodeficiência Adquirida (Aids) é uma doença crônica, transmissível e autoimune, o entendimento sobre a doença possibilita o processo de reformulação na estrutura do atendimento em saúde, assim o presente estudo objetiva compreender as representações sociais de profissionais de saúde sobre a produção do cuidado interdisciplinar em pessoas soropositivas. Métodos: Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, pautada pela Teoria das Representações Sociais, realizada no Centro de Referência em Saúde Sexual de Jequié - Bahia. Os dados foram coletados através da entrevista semiestruturada realizada com oito profissionais de saúde. Resultados: Na análise foi utilizada a Técnica de Análise de Conteúdo Temática, emergindo as seguintes categorias: visão dos trabalhadores de saúde sobre ações interdisciplinares ao indivíduo com HIV/Aids; prática do profissional de saúde no cuidar de pacientes com HIV/Aids; atuação da equipe de saúde nas relações paciente – família e evolução dos cuidados prestados pelo profissional de saúde ao indivíduo soropositivo. Conclusão: As iniciativas de atenção integral são expressas pelos profissionais como importante ferramenta do cuidado, através da atuação interdisciplinar, porém essa ideia vem sendo construída e adaptada à realidade da epidemia.Downloads
