APOIO SOCIAL E FAMILIAR AS MÃES DE RECÉM-NASCIDOS DE MUITO BAIXO PESO: ESTUDO A PARTIR DO GENOGRAMA E ECOMAPA

Objetivo: Identificar os vínculos apoiadores formados pelas mães que possuíam em seu contexto recém-nascido prematuro de muito baixo peso internados na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal. Método:Trata-se de investigação com abordagem qualitativa. A coleta de dados ocorreu no período de janeiro à maio de 2014 por entrevista semiestruturada, a partir da qual se construíram o genograma e o ecomapa das mães do estudo. Resultados: Apresentam-se os dados relativos a cinco famílias de mães dos prematuros, com peso inferior a 1500 gramas, residentes no interior paranaense. Os resultados permitiram emergir três categorias temáticas: Fortalecimento dos vínculos apoiadores, Vínculos fragilizados e Redes de apoio social encontradas pelas famílias, apontando como principais apoiadores das famílias os próprios familiares, especialmente as avós maternas. Entre os vínculos apoiadores sociais, destacaram-se os serviços de saúde e instituições religiosas. Conclusão:Conclui-se que a identificação dos vínculos apoiadores familiares e sociais poderá subsidiar a qualificação da atenção à saúde das famílias de recém nascido prematuro e de baixo peso em seus diferentes níveis de complexidade.
