Abstract:
In Brazil, with the advent of Law 13,445 of 2017, a paradigmatic change was inspired,
with the reorganization of the competences of the federal government ministries that
administer the issue, at the same time as the process of intense immigration of
Venezuelans on the northern border. The research undertaken will initially be developed
through conceptual and historical study, using the deductive method, evolving to the
exploratory phase, considering that it will aim to analyze the effectiveness of public
policies as guarantors of the fundamental rights of immigrants, providing the solutions
envisioned for the problems presented.
