Abstract

The hospitality is known as the act of hosting and hospitality activies are intended to help develop the satisfaction of social needs. The application of hospitality concepts and theories to service companies in the tourism industry makes hospitality stimulating interactions between hosts and guests. The objective of this article was to analyze the perception of guests from the 10 best Uberlândia executive hotels obtained on TripAdvisor, through the analysis of comments made by Facebook, Instagram and TripAdvisor to these hotels. Through a descriptive research, documental data collection and content analysis 727 guest comments were produced and the aspects most valued by Internet users were identified. The most frequent words in the comments were: breakfast, service, price / cost, cleanliness of rooms / hotel and location. The most valued aspects were the service and the daily price.
