The objective of the study is to analyze the impacts of structural factors, determined by the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor - GEM, on the development of entrepreneurship in Brazil and Latin American countries. In this way, we seek to answer the impacts of structural factors in Brazil and Latin American countries on the development of entrepreneurship, within the context of Total Entrepreneurial Activity in Early Stage - TEA. The research is classified as quantitative, descriptive, explanatory and bibliographical, and the statistical technique used multiple linear regression, defining the study variables extracted from the GEM model, as well as the data from this research, these being the conditions of the business structure. Data analysis was initially carried out using descriptive statistics, data normality test and Pearson correlation, followed by the multiple linear regression technique. The results revealed that the structural conditions with the greatest impact on the development of entrepreneurship in Brazil were: Government Support and Policies, Government Programs (the only structural factor with a positive impact), Entrepreneurial Education and Training in Basic Schools, Internal Market Dynamics and Physical Infrastructure and Services. For Latin American countries, the results show that the structural conditions with the greatest impact on the development of entrepreneurship were: Taxes and Bureaucracy and Entrepreneurial Education and Training in Basic Schools (factors with a positive impact), R&D Transfer and Commercial and Professional Infrastructure (factors with a negative impact). This study contributes to the understanding of the factors that contribute to the development of entrepreneurship in Brazil and Latin America.
