O planejamento das aquisições é fundamental na Administração Pública, pois diminui os desperdícios e os projetos malsucedidos, especificamente na área de Tecnologia da Informação. O presente artigo apresenta um relato de experiência mostrando os resultados e os benefícios alcançados com a implantação de um processo formal de planejamento das aquisições de soluções de TI na Secretaria de Tecnologia da Informação (STI) da Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC). Essas aquisições são regidas pelas diretrizes da Instrução Normativa n° 4, que regulamenta as contratações de TI no setor público. O modelo de gerenciamento de aquisições de TI atualmente aplicado na UFC considera cada planejamento de aquisição como um projeto que deve estar alinhado com as diretrizes e os artefatos da fase de planejamento da contratação da IN 04. A implantação desse processo de planejamento foi viabilizada por meio da constituição de uma equipe responsável pelo planejamento das aquisições de TI na Universidade. A visão de cada solução contratada como um projeto deu maior celeridade e eficiência ao processo de contratações e gerenciamento de aquisições de TI na UFC, evitando o desperdício de recursos humanos, materiais e financeiros.Downloads

By submitting an article to the Revista Gestão em Análise - ReGeA, the authors retain the copyright of their work and agree to license their work under a Creative Commons license. Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC-BY-NC-SA). The CC-BY-NC-SA license allows others to use the work non-commercially, provided they credit the authors.
