O processo de incubação, no Brasil, como em diversos países, tem pontificado a geração de empreendimentos inovadores com altos índices de agregação tecnológica, desde o surgimento das primeiras incubadoras, na década de 1980. No entanto, a replicação dos sistemas de incubação, se por um lado tem propugnado tal avanço, por outro manteve paradigmas que hoje merecem reflexão e reformulação, à luz da interatividade das atuais dinâmicas de mercado e dos novos modelos de negócios. Em contrapartida, um fenômeno recente, as aceleradoras de negócios, têm preenchido as lacunas deixadas no processo de incubação em relação à velocidade na gestão e geração de novos empreendimentos. As reflexões e sugestões apresentadas neste ensaio, frutos de conversas mantidas durante eventos ligados às duas modalidades de indução à geração de empreendimentos inovadores, comprovam que as funcionalidades relativas à aceleração de negócios podem ser implementadas em incubadoras. Sugerem, por isso, a reformulação das práticas e regimentos relacionados ao processo de incubação. A expectativa é de que as modificações sirvam para elevar a velocidade de atendimento de projetos inovadores, contribuindo de forma ainda mais abrangente para o fomento ao desenvolvimento econômico do País.Downloads

By submitting an article to the Revista Gestão em Análise - ReGeA, the authors retain the copyright of their work and agree to license their work under a Creative Commons license. Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC-BY-NC-SA). The CC-BY-NC-SA license allows others to use the work non-commercially, provided they credit the authors.
