ReGeA is published under the Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 license, ensuring the integrity of articles under an open access policy. The journal allows authors to retain their copyright without restrictions regarding the ownership of the work.
The adopted license is recognized as compatible with the principles of Free Cultural Works and cannot be revoked, provided its terms are respected.
Under the terms of the license:
Attribution — Proper credit must be given, providing a link to the license and indicating if changes were made. This must be done in a clear and appropriate manner, without suggesting endorsement by the journal.
By submitting and publishing works in ReGeA, authors agree that:
  • They authorize the publication of the text in the journal;
  • The opinions, ideas, and concepts expressed are the sole responsibility of the authors;
  • They retain the copyright of their works and grant ReGeA the right of first publication in a scientific journal;
  • The article will be made available in open access, with identification of the authorship and the original publication in ReGeA;
  • They are authorized and encouraged to make the submitted, accepted, or published versions available in institutional repositories or preprint servers, provided the DOI and reference to the official publication in the journal are indicated.
ReGeA reaffirms its commitment to the dissemination of science in a democratic, ethical, and accessible way, promoting broad access to knowledge for researchers and other interested parties.
