This case is suitable for courses at the Lato sensu postgraduate level in courses in the area of teaching methodology and teaching practice in the university context of administration. With particular attention to the use of the case method for teaching, it is expected that the teacher will be able to identify the learning process in the application of this methodology, observe the conditions of use and adaptations of the case method for teaching, and; evaluate the impacts and conditions of adoption of teaching methods centered on students. Through this work, it is hoped that those involved in the activity can analyze the impact of the adopted teaching strategy, its implications, as well as the understanding of their pedagogical skills in teacher training.
