The growing appreciation of intangible assets has increased the relevance of trademarks as strategic instruments for competitiveness and innovation in the Brazilian business environment. In this context, understanding how national scientific production has addressed trademark registration is essential for strengthening Intellectual Property policies. This study aims to analyze the evolution of Brazilian scientific production on trademark registration between 2010 and 2024, identifying patterns of publications, leading journals, and research gaps. Methodologically, this is a quantitative bibliometric study based on data collected from the Lens.org platform, applying Bradford’s, Zipf’s, and Lotka’s laws. The results indicate a significant increase in publications from 2016 onwards, with a strong concentration of articles in the journal Cadernos de Prospecção, confirming the existence of a specialized core in the field. The keyword analysis reveals a predominance of terms related to the operational and bureaucratic aspects of trademark registration, as well as gaps in knowledge transfer to micro and small enterprises, and the limited exploration of emerging technologies. The study contributes to the systematization of research on trademark registration in Brazil and reinforces scholars, innovation managers, and policymakers.
