Publication Frequency

The Revista Opinião Jurídica had, until 2015, an annual publication. In 2016, its periodicity became biannual, in 2019, its publication frequency changed to four-monthly, and from 2026 onwards, it adopted a continuous publication schedule, publishing only one issue per year.

Issue 1: January-December.

Publication Model: We adopt a continuous publication model (rolling publication). This means that approved articles do not wait for the edition to close before being published.

Articles are published online immediately, with their definitive pagination and DOI, and are allocated to the year's issue.

Regarding its operating time, the Journal has been in print since 2003; online since 2016; and exclusively online since 2017.
