Abstract

Arnaldo Vasconcelos é Mestre, Doutor e Livre-Docente em Direito. É autor de inúmeros trabalhos, entre livros, capítulos de livros e artigos. Como docente universitário, função que exerce desde a década de 1960, contribuiu para a formação de diversas gerações de operadores do Direito no Ceará. Teoria da Norma Jurídica; Direito, Humanismo e Democracia; Direito e Força, Teoria Pura do Direito: repasse crítico de seus principais fundamentos são livros de autoria do Professor Arnaldo Vasconcelos, cuja leitura a Opinião Jurídica recomenda. Nesta entrevista, a Opinião Jurídica foi representada por Tércio Aragão Brilhante, ex-aluno do Professor Arnaldo no curso de mestrado em Direito Constitucional. E, como ele quer que se destaque, ex-aluno apenas no Mestrado, pois continua a se considerar aluno do Professor.
