O professor Luiz Moreira publicou, pela editora Lumen Juris, livro intitulado A Constituição como Simulacro, obra resultante da pulsante formação filosófica de um estudioso do Direito, graduado pela UFC, Mestre em Filosofia pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais e Doutor em Direito também pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. Trata-se de leitura obrigatória pela sua coragem e ousadia intelectual.
