Após um período de reestruturações, a Revista Opinião Jurídica chega ao seu nono número, chamando para si a tarefa precípua de aliar teoria e prática. A partir da concepção moriniana de que o real é hipercomplexificado, e, portanto, refoge a toda tentativa de redução simplificadora, compreendemos que a velha dicotomia entre prática e teorética constitui, na verdade, um falso dilema.
